These zones determine the allowed number of antlerless deer that can be taken within their boundaries. Statewide, hunters are generally permitted to harvest up to two antlered deer. However, it’s important to note that in Zone 3, this limit is reduced to one antlered deer. In contrast, Zone 4 offers hunters the opportunity to take an unlimited number of antlerless deer, subject to local regulations and bag limits.
