There are many things a company can do from an HR perspective to increase employee job satisfaction such as providing fair pay and benefits, offering opportunities for promotion, training and developing workers, and communicating work expectations with regular performance appraisals. In its most basic sense, job satisfaction involves the positive feelings and evaluations derived from an individual’s employment in a job.
Alternatively, job dissatisfaction occurs when work experiences are negative and expectations are not met. An employee who expects clean and safe working conditions will likely be dissatisfied if the workplace is dirty and dangerous.
Many organizations and researchers study job dissatisfaction. At any one time, from 15% to 40% of working people across the nation are dissatisfied with their jobs. Higher unemployment rates usually mean more dissatisfied workers in the workforce because it is more difficult to change jobs, and people stay longer with jobs they do not like. Managers directly impact job satisfaction, and younger employees tend to have lower job satisfaction than older employees.
Managers and HR professionals must therefore create employment situations that prompt positive work attitudes and get employees engaged in the workplace.

In this video, we will explore What is Escalation of Commitment.
When you make a wrong decision about something it’s the best to cut the losses instead of sticking with something that is not right for you.
Escalation of Commitment is a tendency for an individual or group facing increasingly negative outcomes from a decision or action nevertheless continues the behaviour instead of altering course.
You have probably heard that you need to stay committed to the things that you do and it’s true, but you need to know when you are taking things too far.
Sometimes we make wrong decisions in our life, not intentionally, bet because of lack of experience or knowledge.
In this case, you don’t have to forever stay committed to your choices as that will lead to other negative consequences.
Imagine that you decide to study accounting as you like math, but a few months into studies you realise that it’s not really for you.
The question is what do you do? Do you stick with your earlier decision or you make changes as soon as you realise that it’s not for you.
According to Escalation of Commitment, most of the people would rather stick with something that is going in the wrong direction rather than making changes.
If you want to avoid the situations where you stick with something that is not right for you have to look at the bigger picture.
It might seem embarrassing to change your mind after you have told everyone about your plans and goals, but it’s better than doing something that you don’t want to do.

บิทคอยน์ถูกแบ็คด้วยระบบบล็อกเชนที่มีหลักใหญ่ที่การกระจายศูนย์อำนาจ (Decentralized) ทำให้ระบบนี้มีผู้ใช้งานเป็นเจ้าของร่วมกันโดยปราศจากตัวกลางทางการเงินอย่างธนาคารกลางหรือสถาบันการเงินใด ๆ จึงไม่สามารถถูกแทรกแซงจากผู้มีอำนาจไหนได้
2)บิทคอยน์เป็นสกุลเงินดิจิตอลที่มีความปลอดภัยสูงถูกแฮ็กระบบได้ยาก
สิ่งหนึ่งที่อยู่เบื้องหลังสกุลเงินดิจิตอลนี้คือเทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนที่เป็นเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถเข้ามาแชร์ข้อมูลร่วมกันได้ ทำให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แต่ละเครื่องมีฐานะเป็นทั้งแหล่งเก็บรักษาข้อมูลทางธุรกรรม และบางส่วนก็อาจทำหน้าที่ประมวลผลธุรกรรมได้ด้วย ซึ่งนั่นหมายความว่าหากมีใครต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลในระบบก็จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลในหน่วยเก็บข้อมูลเล็ก ๆ เหล่านี้ให้เกินครึ่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งนับเป็นเรื่องยากมากสำหรับระบบที่มีผู้ใช้หลายแสนรายอย่างบิทคอยน์ และระบบนี้ก็ยังไม่เคยถูกแฮ็กได้สำเร็จเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว
3)บิทคอยน์มีจำนวนจำกัดทำให้เกิดเงินเฟ้อได้ยาก
และจะไม่เสื่อมมูลค่าไปตามเวลา ทำให้มีคุณลักษณะคล้ายกับทองคำมากกว่าค่าเงิน จนกลายเป็นหนึ่งในสินทรัพย์ที่ถูกยกให้เป็นทองคำดิจิตอลของการลงทุนยุคใหม่เลยก็ว่าได้
