Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts. IPDATrader is not a professional forex trader, by no way is he saying you can achieve the same results as him. His results are not typical for just any trader to achieve. However, they are very possible. They are the result of longterm trading, none of these results shall come overnight. It takes time, but can definitely be done by a serious trader. Trade at your own risk, IPDATrader is not responsible.

Institutional research is a broad category of work done at schools, colleges and universities to inform campus decisionmaking and planning in areas such as admissions, financial aid, curriculum assessment, enrollment management, staffing, student life, finance, facilities, athletics, and alumni relations.
Institutional researchers collect, analyze, report, and warehouse quantitative and qualitative data about their institution’s students, faculty, staff, curriculum, course offerings, and learning outcomes. They are involved in collecting and reporting information to government bodies (for example, in the USA, the United States Department of Education’s Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System), to the public (e.g., Common Data Set, the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities’s UniversityCollege Accountability Network), and various college guide publishers (e.g., U.S. News \u0026 World Report and College Board). On occasion, institutional researchers share data with one another to compare their own practices and outcomes against those of similar institutions. Institutional research is the source of much of the information provided to regional and national accreditation bodies to document how institutions fulfill the standards for accreditation.
In addition to reporting, institutional researchers often engage in data analysis, ranging from simply testing whether differences in reported data are statistically significant to developing and using causal and predictive statistical models. Such models are often used in support of assessment and strategic enrollment management.
Due to the need to provide data to the federal government and other entities, nearly every postsecondary institution has offices that fulfill the institutional research function. At some colleges and universities this function is centralized in a single office of institutional research, while at others it is more decentralized. There is no single academic degree that qualifies one to be an institutional researcher, but suggested strengths include a knowledge of statistics, research methods (e.g., survey research and focus groups), and computerbased reporting tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, MicroStrategy, and SQL). Other important assets are strong written and oral communications skills, attention to detail, and knowledge about how institutions of higher education operate. Several American universities offer graduate certificate programs in institutional research, including Ball State University, Florida State University, Humboldt State University, North Dakota State University, Penn State University, Indiana University, University of Missouri, University of Illinois, and the University of Wisconsin Stout.

You’ve likely heard the term “systemic racism,” but do you know what it means? KGW talked to the experts to break it down and to give us the tools to address it.
Institutional factors: A definition and some examples
I have been getting a lot of questions about Institutional factors and what they are so here is a quick video to answer your question. Recall that Institutional factors relate to structures in society. These include rules, norms, and routines that guide behaviour. These processes can exist within an organization or the structure may be part of the culture in a particular area.
The question is what guides behavior in society? Laws? Policies? Yes, but think about more than that.
Within an organization, like a hospital, there are certain processes that are normal, which may influence how people react to situations. Think about normal wait times, diagnostic processes, how news is delivered or the routines that exist.
In schools there are rules, norms, and routines that influence how students behave. For example, some schools let students hand in essays past the due date and they are still marked. Others give the students a 0 if it is late. In some classrooms students are free to show up late. In others they are locked out. Some teachers promote cell phone use. Others confiscate cell phones.
Outside of a particular organization there may be economic or political factors that influence the way you think, feel or act. Rules for doing business in Canada are different than in other countries like China. Stereotypes are more prevalent in some areas than others. Cell phones have become more entrenched in some groups than others. Certain behaviors like drinking, smoking, or child labor are more accepted in certain areas. Women and men have different roles in some societies or religious groups.
What are the rules, norms or routines that influence your behavior?
